We are looking forward to an excellent fall sports season for the St. Norbert Crusaders!  Pre-registration is needed now to anticipate our numbers for the Fall  Sports Season which will guide us on the make-up of our teams and coaching. 
 
Please read this letter from the Athletic Committee:

To Register please fill out this online form and click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the form.  Payment for fall sports can be dropped off at the front desk at school or mailed to St. Norbert School, ATTN: Athletic Committee, 1817 Walters Ave, Northbrook IL 60062-4534.

The DEADLINE for registering St. Norbert Students who wish to participate in fall sports is Friday, April 26th.  
 
Fall Sports/Fees:
  • Football (5th - 8th grade) --- $295
  • Girls Volleyball (4th - 8th grade) --- $175
  • Cheerleading (5th - 8th grade) --- $75
  • Cross Country (4th - 8th grade) --- $75

REQUIRED ATHLETIC FORMS:
The following forms must be completed before the start of the season:
  1. Physical Exam Form - Download PDF
  2. Emergency Medical Information - Complete Online
  3. Concussion Information - Complete Online
  4. Code of Conduct - Download PDF
  5. Athletics Uniform Contract - Download Document 
1. The Physical Exam Form must be printed, signed and dated by a Physician, faxed or delivered to the front desk at school. The date of your child's last physical cannot be more than 13 months old.
2. Emergency Medical Information Form - complete online
3. Concussion Information Form - complete online
4. The Code of Conduct form must be printed, signed by parents and the student-athlete, and returned to the front desk of the school, ATTN: Jenny Pomar, Athletic Director.
5. The Athletics Uniform Contract must be printed, signed by parents and the student-athlete, and returned to the front desk of the school, ATTN: Jenny Pomar, Athletic Director.
