Admissions Process

We invite applications from all families whose educational goals are consistent with the Schools' mission and vision.

The main entrance points for St. Norbert School students are pre-school, kindergarten, and sixth grade - but interested families with children in other grade levels should not hesitate to contact us. Openings occur each year and we are delighted to work with any parents who are interested in a St. Norbert School education for their child(ren).

The admissions process consists of the completed application, an interview with the Pastor and Principal, and recommendations from your child's current school if the student applying is in grade 1 or higher. If, through this process, it is determined that your family would be a good fit for St. Norbert School, openings are filled in the following order:

  • Sibling of a current student
  • Parish students
  • Out - of - Parish Catholic students
  • Out - of - Parish Non-Catholic students

To apply for admission to St. Norbert School, please download the application forms applicable to the grade level for which you are applying. Then send the completed application package to Rosemary West, Administrative Assistant.

If you are unable to download these forms please contact the school office at (847) 272-0051.
