Affording a St. Norbert School Education
By providing a substantial amount of funds to our tuition assistance budget, St. Norbert School has successfully maintained our commitment to creating a diverse student body by admitting and enrolling qualified and dynamic students. Last year alone, we provided just over $100,000 in tuition assistance to approximately 20% of our families.
Students and families should apply to St. Norbert School regardless of limited financial means. Although the school may not be able to fully meet every request for aid, we work diligently to make a Catholic education affordable by providing assistance through donations from the St. Norbert Parish community of parishioners. No qualified family will be denied the opportunity to send their child(ren) to St. Norbert School based solely on financial means.
When awarding tuition assistance, the school's Financial Aid Committee considers the family’s demonstrated need, which is the difference between what the family can reasonably be expected to pay and the cost of tuition. Each family's commitment to Catholicism is also considered when making this decision.
The goal of the Financial Aid Committee is to ensure that each family’s financial contribution toward tuition is equitable. To enhance the program and allow the school to help many applicants, it is assumed that enrolling families will contribute responsibly towards their children’s education.
