Homework 4/19/22

6th Religion- Complete Triduum chapter pp. 42,43. Complete Easter/Witnesses chapter pp. 49,50.

6th Science- Earth month activities: you should have completed the Check Your Understanding paper. We will continue the other paper in one of our next classes.

*Bring anything that is needed to work on the Earth Day project!!

7th Science- Complete IN pp. 124,126,127,128. Look over the entire IN to be sure that you have kept up with ALL pages.

You can start preparing for the End of Unit Assessment now! It will be next week on Wednesday, April 27!

7th Science- Complete the Science World work from before Spring Break. This work was due today and is now late if you haven't turned it all in.

The project for Silent Spring (Women's History month) should be finished and turned in as well as the packet.

7th Science- Complete the Science World work from before Spring Break. Many of you completed most of the pages, but some of you need to catch up. The paper from "Satellite Hub", the 2 papers from "Ice Towers", the 2 papers from "Bringing Back Oysters".

These are due on Thursday!

Then we will complete the project that goes with the DVD "Silent Spring".

6th Science- As per our conversation on Friday, watch 3 of the Women Scientist BrainPop movies and do the worksheet that goes with who you choose. User name= stnorbert, password= school.

*If you went on vacation early, you will need to watch the video and then print off your own copy of the BrainPop worksheet from BrainPop. You may choose from the following scientists: Ada Lovelace, Marie Curie, Jane Goodall, Sally Ride, Wangari Maathai, Grace Hopper, Rachel Carson.

7th Science- Practice your part for Stations of the Cross. We will be leading the whole school in this on Tuesday, April 5.

8th Science- Women in Science projects will be due on Thursday, March 24.

6th Science- We will continue our Women in Science activities on Monday.

7th Science- Complete the Science World worksheets: Think and Reflect and Women at Work. We will continue the DVD Rachel Carson's Silent Spring next week on Monday.

8th Science- Our Women in Science projects will be due on Thursday, March 24. On Tuesday, March 21, we will start our new Amplify unit called Evolutionary History.

*If you didn't complete the How to Make a Venomous Cabbage sheet or the How the Heart Works Science World sheet, you MUST complete those and turn them in! The Science World article is in Google Classroom if you need to look at it. The end of the trimester is Friday!
