Meet Ms. De Leon!

Hello St. Norbert Family! My name is Ms. Chloe Jane De Leon and I am so excited to be the 4th Grade teacher at St. Norbert for the 2025-2026 school year!

Growing up, I have always dreamed of becoming a teacher. I knew that my passion for helping others, natural leadership and communication skills, and drive to being a lifelong learner were all attributes that brought me exactly where I am today. Even when I attended and graduated from SNS in 2017, I was so blessed to feel such a strong sense of community, support, and faith. Now, I am even more grateful to be able to give back to the place I got to call ‘home’ for my elementary and middle school years!

Following my time at SNS, I attended and graduated from Glenbrook North High School in 2021 and pursued my B.A. in Elementary Education from Wisconsin Lutheran College, having the privilege of graduating Cum Laude in 2024, all while playing softball throughout my collegiate years.

When I am not teaching, you can find me trying new recipes out of a cookbook, reading a romance novel, or adventuring to find the best coffee spots throughout the area! Cheers to a wonderful school year!
