Meet Ms. Estrada!
Hello! My name is Mariajose Estrada, and I’m very excited to be joining the St. Norbert community as the 7th Grade Homeroom and Language Arts teacher, as well as the Learning Specialist for 4th-8th grade. This is my first year at St. Norbert and also my first official year as a classroom teacher!
I recently graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Special Education. During my time there, I had the opportunity to student-teach high school students World History, Computer Applications, Math, and Community-Based Instruction. My time spent student teaching helped shape my passion for inclusive and engaging learning environments.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy going on walks with my dog, listening to podcasts, and getting a little too competitive with board games!
