Week of April 21-25:
Sixth Grade Field Trip to Google Offices:
The sixth grade class took a trip to Google Offices in Chicago. They received a tour of the offices, participated in an office meeting, and attended a presentation on Artificial Intelligence. They also received Google swag and had lunch onsite. Many thanks to Mrs. Buenker, Ms. Butz, and Mrs. Rand for making this experience possible!
Reptile Show:
The entire school community was able to attend a presentation by JG’s Reptile Roadshow. Students learned more about the pythons, tortoises, alligators, and more! Thank you to our Home & School Association for hosting this fantastic event!
Project Lead the Way:
The second grade science class monitored the growth of seeds they planted as part of the Living Things: Diversity of Life module they completed through the Project Lead the Way curriculum.
